I often find myself walking behind various girls while I'm going about my day and I'm always concerned I'm making them feel unsafe. So I like to remind myself not to walk like a rapist.

Temp wont effect your OG. Only the fermentable part of it.
Less that 3:1 ratio, so that aint it. Im guessing youre not getting a good runoff. Probably channelling through your grain bed. So you arent getting the amount if extract out of your grain that you could.
I have no idea how to sort this for tou though, having not seen your mash/lauter set up.
