Nah keeping it original dude. Nothing wrong with the TT system.

This was my own undoing, unfortunately. I doubted that idler and bolt when I put it in. Hindsight is a powerful and expensive thing

Shit.

If you want a 208 that's been sitting out in the rain with no manifold, it's yours.
Probably full if water tho.

So, while the wagon is sitting here in a sad and depressed state, I took some time today to fit some neat alloy pedals I won on IM.

Accelerator pedal went in fine, and with some fighting with the foot rest, got that in too.

Now, for some retarded reason, it seems D-E brake pedals are around 2" shorter than A-C. I was like WTF. Why yoo doo dis Subaru?!

So to get the set matching, I guess I have to try and find a D-E brake pedal. After looking around up there, it seems the pedal can be removed off the pivot easily enough. Is anyone with a B4 able to measure the width of the pedal to confirm? Only other thing I can think of is that the pedal set is off a GD WRX but I would assume that would be the same as D-E Legacy..

Fingers crossed for a smooth spanner spinning adventure!

You didn't smash the front O2 sensor on the chassis rail by the looks of it, so you're already one up on my last go-round :D

I think its the backing plate to the torque converter? Thats my guess at least. I've done plenty of MT engine swaps but never an AT. Kinda new to me, if anyone has any tips?

Good luck getting the torque converter to flex plate bolts out :)

So is the TC connected to this plate via 4 bolts? Seems a bit undercooked if it is?

w00t. stoked for you jim.

Did you end up going through SSS? Does an EJ swap take you very long?
