Evening lads. Long day was long.

Someone wanna summarise Gt for me? CBF going back.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Yeah I know, I've really been watching what I eat lately. Not because I'm overweight or for dieting reasons, but because I wanna get healthy and start getting fit as part of my soccer programme. Ha ha.

Water always helps of course. So does Nurofen.

I made a nice chilli chicken stirfry the other night Adam, had cashews in it, some fresh veg........ Cooked it in sesame seed oil and well seasoned, used a bit of hoisin sauce and fresh chopped garlic and ginger... Think I added a bit of oyster sauce too.

I watched The Place Beyond The Pines tonight.

I haven't seen a movie that kept me watching and watching without getting bored in a long time.

The score in the background of the movie is the best part, Mike Patton can write some damn good music.

Nice one Josh!! I don't know why I bother trying the pre packaged sauces. Bit of soy sauce and sesame oil chucked in while stir frying and it's tasty as!!!

Spent $17 on fresh produce tonight. So worth it. I don't waste my money at woolies anymore! Gonna make a salad sambo for morning tea tomorrow :)
