Hi Guys,

I recently got into home brewing after wanting to do it for years and finally having my own house and a special place to do it I have started.

What I was wondering is if anyone else here is brewing their own.

I have started off with a Mangrove Jacks starter kit and swapped the Ale can out that came in the pack with a Hop Dog Golden Ale fresh wort jug. I then also bought another fermenter and a pack of the Mangrove Jacks apple cider so I could do both at the same time. As I know I will be wanting to bottle it the minute it is ready as its the first batch and my store bought beer ran out last night.

The next beer I do I want to make the wort from scratch and have been trying to decide which one to pick. And then also try a Ginger Beer or something also.

So yeah would be good to find some other people that are into it also to give me some tips ect. The main thing I seem to hear from most people is the cleaning process is the most important part of the whole process.
