Yup. i'll change it back at some point. The battery is tiny and needs an upgrade in size anyway.

At some point some douche has changed the terminals to suit a cheaper battery and the wiring was messy as fork.

Down here some roadside battery installers tell the customers the terminals are forked and need replacing, at an extra cost.

It's because the stupid fkwts don't carry the small post batteries. They fit the larger terminals so they can install the more common large post battery.

Cubts should be horse-whipped and shot.

Is there some standard with the terminal sizes ?

My JDM loom had different sizes (larger diameter neg terminal) to my AUDM.

Kong - what do you use on your rubber lines and engine bay plastics? -- they're so black and shiny!

Is there some standard with the terminal sizes ?

Apart from the positive always being slightly larger than the negative, there are two sizes of tapered posts.

This pic shows a small post battery (like a GenIII RX) with adapters to make it fit a large post terminal (like GenIV RB).

JDM Hid headlamps installed.

Hopefully as bright as 10000 suns. No leveler switch installed & The parker bulbs are shit. I'm looking into my options as far as parkers go.

I'll have to see what my parker/cornering globes are. They came with the headlights from Japan, are a chrome bulb and light up white for a pretty good match with the HID's.

Do they have the dual filament bulbs that double as cornering lamps?

That's right Morgs. Rev A-C uses shitty brake globe style bayonets (5/25w) while D-E have (i think) a proper T20 fitting. Makes it hard for us A-C dudes to find something that matches the HID's. Best I could find hardly puts out enough light to be a useful corner lamp (even though its a dual filament LED type) and the supposed "white" light comes out practically blue, hate it.

Yeah, T20 dual filament as Jimbo & Morganus stated.  The orange glow from them does match the fog lights but I'm not crazy about the colour.

@ Duncanm.... I use a product called flash dash.  It's a general purpose interior vinyl, leather & plastic protectant which is similar in ways to say Armor all, but doesn't leave the greasy silicone finish.

I'm nearly out of it TBH and I don't think it's made anymore.  Sucks.

For the hard plastics I drench them in tyre shine and leave it sit for a fair bit, then hand buff dry & clean.

Rear Billies, going in today.  Should drop the rear a fair bit.  I didn't have to compress the Tein springs to fit them.

Mate she's a damn tidy rig, it's such a shame about the cactus roof paint.  I think it's worth getting fixed, at tax time..... maybe?  We'll see.
