It's only taken seven or eight months, but I have started with painting my brakes.......

Casting flash removed, but of a linish and a sandblast.

Heatproof primer applied.

At this rate I think I'll start applying the top coat around March......

Plasma cutter usually does the trick.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

My advice would be buy a compressor.

If you butcher the pistons a compressor will seem cheap, plus a compressor is a very handy tool to have.

You can pop them out by leaving the brake line connected and pumping the brake pedal.

Do NOT push the pedal down more than 1/3 to 1/2 travel, or you risk being on the market for a new master cylinder. (same theory when bleeding brakes)

Car is entirely dismantled, so can't use brake system to assist.

Do you know if ~40psi would be enough to push them out? Maybe I can rig something up with a spare brake line that I can plug into the tyre pump at the petrol station...

Servo air compressors will be set at around 100psi.

Place a block of wood between the piston and caliper body to stop you firing a piston across the servo....

Hahahahahaha
