Morning.

Drizzle and shit here.

No work until next week so I might go tidy the shed.

I was under the bonnet of the RB yesterday and found the missing work light from my mates workshop! Must have left it under the bonnet when I serviced it week before last. Bloody thing was just resting on the chassis rail and was there for over 2000kms.

Such an apprentice mistake....

Morning Shaz.

You might know the answer to this...

I'm looking for that clear plastic sheet stuff that you stick over paint to stop stone chips. You often see it OEM fitted to leading edges of rear wheel arches. Seems to be similar principal to vinyl wrap, just clear.

I'd like to cover the top of the rear bar on the RB so school bags and shit don't trash the paint. I have the OEM plastic protector but they look shit.

Hey Jase,

Paint protection film mate. Pretty easy to apply.

Something like this will do the trick

http://www.ebay.com....WnYVVNllgLXJ58g

I'm going to prob buy a roll of it soon, as I wanna do the outback, the i30 and mrs sisters XV.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

That's it, thanks!

Can it be removed easily once it gets bashed around a bit?

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

If you're gunna get some, you should get enough to do under your door handles, rear and front arches, and front / rear bar + sills. Thats what I'm planning to do. Just those high traffic areas.

Not a bad idea.

Wheel arches should be OK as I fitted OEM mudflaps.

Sills on the RX cop a hammering so I might do them too.

Yeah its alright, gunna move it back to part time again though because not enough steady income yet, but landed a job doing mortgage broking at a small accountant firm that is good coin, benefits, and what seems to be a good team. Start on the 16th

Why not just cut and paste Nov into between March-April.

Yep. Was going to change the oil today... Maybe not. Heard waterfall sounds this morning. I know my mechanic wants to do the timing belt too, maybe while the radiator is out... Lol.

It seems to have gone around the top seal, doesn't seem cracked.
