 Glad you finally made that bonnet replacement warranted......

Should see the CGI's we're putting together for a turbo and intercooler install on the Mini, no room for grille or bottom bar, just all intercooler.

Yes.
Context is important when saying this like that.

But really. A Snail is fast, compared with a corpse.

dont you think your being a bit negative, i think the ej25 is a brilliant drive compared to the rest of the 4cylinders out there.

2003rx. you're seriously deluded if you genuinely think that. or you need to get out more and drive some more cars. its not bad. but its all that. and its certainly not worth modifying.

In all seriousness and the flaming I'm gonna get, but I'd rather my vtak 2.4l than an ej25.. And my tak will still be quicker and smoother.

Have you driven a Honda 2.4? Waaaayyyy nicer than the EJ25.

Soop's Photo Soop 09 Jul 2009

EJ motors are dead set, one step off a tractor motor. Just about anything is nicer. EJ's do their job though, do it pretty well. But fancy they are not.

Out of all the other 2ish litre cars I've driven it's the torqueyest (sp?) of the lot. Mind you I am only talking enayz here.

I think you'll find most of them are within a pooftenth of each other. You're just being a fanboi :P

Have. Was much fun. Made me hate my car even more. Im by no means calling the pathetic EJ22 a torque monster. Just making a comparison with cars I've driven with similarly sized motors.
