Hi,

Just doing a final alcohol on the Sublime Coconut Milk Stout, looking like she'll end at 7.6%. Once the alc is finished, I'll be bottle some for you Bretty, and kegging some for us to drink together.

For those interested we will be doing an experimental carbonation procedure, which will be alternating gasses over time frames to give a creamy and very tight bubble. Looking at the exceptional colour in the head on the first pour from non carb, we are in for something special here.

Also kegging a Whisky Ale... just quietly.

Hi,

Missed out on entering this year, even missed out on the Perth show. Tried pretty hard but the head chairman said it would set a bad precedent for late entries going forward.

Niko... I have been having a bit of an issue with bits of hops and shiit floating about in my beer, just wont seem to settle... I am not keen to filter (I have one of those liquid filters that are supposed to filter down to a poofteenth of a nanomotherfucker) but I reckon it takes away some flavour..... I did find this today and I think it should be able to do what I want.. what ya think?
