Might not be a bad idea. Could be that s04 is slower attenuating. Also s04 has a lower attenuation capacity too. Which is why I used it. But I'd still expect it to ferment out to more like 1014.

Essentially a bad move, as aforementioned, beer is the highest selling alcoholic product in the country.

Thought he was better than that.
