MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.
MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.
It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

i had a jap spec bug sti and it was a V8 with twinscroll was a late 02 model
was just saying if you have a bug sti cut then you will be looking for dccd when you dont have it

also what turbo do you have on it? may have been changed stock bug's come with vf30

if u dont use the red hazard button ill grab it off you.
Have you put any more thought into squeezing some more power out of the engine. Like strapping on one of those intake fans

Got a few questions.. First up where is the Odo memory stored ? is it inside the ecu or in the dash cluster.. Im asking as i have now removed the dash cluster and didnt get to fire it up to check the K`s on it.. And i would of liked to see them.. I was a little worried as the battery terminals seemed dodgy and i didnt wanna blow anything up putting a battery on to it.. Heres a pic of what im talking about..

Also im assuming the ECU is located under the piece of steel in the passanger footwell ?? Was just wondering what this is ??

Went about removing all the useless wiring that was throughout the car. Had A kill switch, alarm light speaker wire`s all through the car that where connected to nothing at all..

Also suprised me that the speedo only goes up to 180.. My libertys one is higher..I would think it would be easy to wind a STI off the clock at 180..

JDM cars are speed limited to 180 kmph. If your running the OEM JDM ECU you'll need an aftermarket speed cut defender (some turbo timers will have a speed cut defended feature as well) or get your tuner to remove the speed cut if you want to get it over 180kmph.

Gonna take the TMIC off tommorow and check out the turbo.. Hopefully i find something allot bigger than standard

If i cant aquire back brakes before the swap happens ( i will be upgrading eventually ) Will the old hubs/rotors/calipars off the gen 3 fit the R180 shaft ?
I know i read (a few pages back) i would have to get the old hub machined anyhow so im thinking it will bolt straigt on..

I do plan on getting all the loom out this weekend tho and then ill be onto getting it out the liberty the weekend after

Funny thing was i wasnt even going fast as their is trafic in the area all the time.. Defently did a number on my wheels tho..
Went in and got a quote thru insurance for a whole new set with tires this morning but ofcourse i cant get the ones i really want lol.. Think ill just sell these and put them towards the conversion..
