Well more bad news im sad to say... Changed out the CV`s and the clicking is still there..

Now Im thinking it must be the center g box... And ive pretty much driven myself broke now So Im not sure what I can do..

I did read a thread about someone buying the parts from the states and 1/3 the price here, And installing it himself.. SO that may be the go..

Posted Image'ing at the end of my rope with this thing.. If I hadnt allready spent 30k on it , It would be getting sold ...

Far out man, I'd hate to be in your position. Just keep pulling through and investigate where the issue is coming from. After spending that much you'd be silly to jump to any conclusions in getting rid of the entire car.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

You'll be the poor version of that dude who spend $250k on his GT-R.

Oh well. Just keep chugging away at it.

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Damm that sucks..

I read this and it sounds like this could be my problem.. As I also have a ABS sensor light constantly.

Alot of guys talk about it being normal to bind and clunk a little on all STI`s.. They said its listed as normal in the manuals..

Also might be worth trying a new diff oil as well by the looks of it..

+1 for a video of the clicking, ABS sensor seems like a long shot as far as a) being able to hear it and B) binding a wheel (you would think the ABS ring would just shear it off if it was getting in the way)

But I agree it's a cheap and easy thing to check.

ABS uses the brakes to brake the wheels dosent it ?? Im assuming the sensor is just a sensor that tells the brakes to go ?

The ABS sensor determines if the wheel is locked up or rotating. If the wheel is locked, the sensor signals the ABS to trigger and makes the brakes pulse - correcting the lockup.

I have a spare ABS sensor that you can have for the price of postage if you get into trouble.
