Talk to Al about the pistons/rods in the EZ30ds. They may be up to some small ammounts of forced induction in the futures.

Or just order some low comp. forgies from the states? :D

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

Well you might as well add that anyway if he's going to add boost to a motor with a comp. ratio of 10.7, because it's sure as hell going to need a rebuild a few days later.

apparently you can run about 12psi through the standard internals... they're a pretty stong motor from what i've been reading... either way... i'm not going to be cracking the block open any time soon... i now have monies... time to call AM

I reckon the extra torque should keep you pretty satisfied for a while without boost!

That theory isn't a "cover all" kind of deal.
Just because EJ motors are crap and struggle to take even atmospheric pressure, doesn't mean all engines are that pathetic.

I've seen a few NA engines have a bit of possitive preassure forced down their guts with fairly good results.

Namely a VR V6 commodore. It was a stock motor running twin turbo's. Both pumping about 10psi each, Its still going AFAIK.

also, it seems that the AM site is down... and they aren't returning my emails...

i'm gonna call them later today...

i'm just waiting on a callback from the bank and i need to call cardiff automotive about some coilovers...

i'll take you up on that...

infact... if you wouldn't mind heading out there whenever you can, finding a decent set (i haven't had much chance to drive up to newwy to check them out) and calling me, i'll give the guy my credit card number over the phone so you can buy them... would that be sweet?? i'd owe you one...

oh man they are so much more comfortable than the shitty GX seats...
