Nik - not sure whether you're familiar with this winery or what happened with this a few years ago. this just came up though about Draytons facing charges

Girlfriends old man suggested looking into a career in real estate. Apparently the courses you have to do for it are short, like a 3 month course.

Courses for real estate are on going, every single year you must accrue the right amount of points from various courses to retain your licence.

@Mark: That was an unfortunate incident, but quite honestly if you're a boilermaker about to weld up a tank- surely it wouldn't matter what it was filled with, you wouldn't do it? 9000L of anything could gush out and do serious damage. 9000L of SVR - which would probably be at around 90% - I mean... c'mon son. I don't even let people smoke within thirty metres of a 200L drum...

ive never been a fan on any job that involves a commission. i rather know im going to have the same amount of money coming in every week, and not relying on commission and people buying to get my money.

agreed. it seems like there was a lack of common sense going on when it happened. the boilermaker didnt seem to think about what he was doing, or checking to make sure everything was safe for him to complete the job. Yes i can see some responsibility on the company for their part, but alot goes back to him i think. just my two cents though

True. Also a lot less pressure involved. It was just a thought.

Thats the problem I don't know. When I left high school I started a diploma of IT and my god that was boring! Made me realise I didn't want to do IT. So ever since that I have worked in retail.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

I should just convert to single, right?

While Real Estate training is ongoing, you do get to work (and earn decent money) in the meantime. Better than stopping working for 3 years to study full time just to get a qualification.

Working for commission isn't ideal but when you make a sale, you'd get a sweet pay cheque!

Would also depend on the base wage Morgan. It in itself may be more than he is making in retail without the commissions.

I like the new Commodores. My wagon is the first non-Holden car I've owned and as much as I love it, I would definitely go for the new VF. As Shaz said though, I'd wait till the R8 was released. The new Mercedes V8 supercar looks pretty sick as well. Can't wait to see it on the track with the rest of 'em.

when you are making good sales the money is good. but in real estate or cars, if it hits a period where no one is buying, then it can become tough if you know what i mean

this is true josh. and what the rates of commission and that are. all varies really.

Love it! Started 3D CAD last week.

Once we get the basics through CAD we'll be moving to Inventor which I'm so keen for!

My girlfriend bought me a huge bloody fish tank for Valentine's Day. Cheering! :D

I think it's a 90 litre tank, but I'll confirm that after I get it open.
