While Real Estate training is ongoing, you do get to work (and earn decent money) in the meantime. Better than stopping working for 3 years to study full time just to get a qualification.

Working for commission isn't ideal but when you make a sale, you'd get a sweet pay cheque!

i have to agree with that josh. all the cars are that close these days in terms of regulations with engine chasis weight etc that there really is no difference besides what the badge is.

i now remember why i hate commercial radio so much. had it on NXFM (local radio station) in the office today just for a change, Macklemore and lewis... Thrift shops been played 4 times, same love twice.

as soon as i heard the intro to Thrift shop for the 5th time it was immediately switched to Triple J. enough of this repetitive crap!

Been listening to 104.5 lately. They make a point of not playing the same song twice. Good mix of older stuff too.

Have not heard Makelmore in weeks.

93.3 is always on in the Calais.

Radio 5-0 Plus.

I don't think they have any songs written post 1985.
