Ha ha, that's the exact same opinion we have of them. We've only ever had a problem once or twice, but I assume that the support dad got was pretty decent otherwise he would've terminated business with them. My dad is pretty full on when it comes to customer support and stuff, he really takes things to heart and would cancel a contract or deal for the smallest of things.

Any major problems with regards to not being able to connect to the Internet have all been internal with our routers and home network. Yes, we have a server for the house.
