I was quite thrilled that I sold an 80" tv to a customer on Saturday, just a cool $7500, did you spend that much Sack?

Nah man, didn't spend that much... and I got a Sony 42", but not from JB, from my friend who works at Sony...

 

Was going to get the Samsung 40" from JB, but while we were there, the dude was showing us the 42" Sony and it just looked better, and my friend from Sony told me the price he could get for it, which was $40 less than the lowest JB could give us for the Samsung 40"... so why not...

I'm going to try to make better and quicker decisions from now on... but still do my research

Ha, thanks man... yeah should be good... JB told me that'd have to order one in, so should be about a week and then I can pick it up from them... but with my friend, he is just ordering is straight through Sony...

Not long home from my first grave shift at the brewery. It's a pretty weird place to be at night. Only two of us on shift and the only ones there from about 2-5:30.
Need to clean the car today. It's forking rank at the moment. Hasn't been cleaned in about 4 weeks!

Yeah man... wanted a small TV... went to JB and started looking at the 32", wasn't bad in store, went home and measured up how it would look in the lounge, and even in a small lounge, it was too small.. and for where the couch is, it would be a strain to see much... so decided 40" Samsung... was going to buy it, then saw the Sony 42", could get it cheaper than the Samsung and looked better...

 

Oh well, won't need to upgrade for a long time now... and no need to talk about it anymore..

JB telling you they have to order one in usually means they will be getting it from Sony, unless they state they are going to transfer one from another store, not just because he is your mate.

I was looking to buy a house 2 streets from there... happy I didn't... now I live in Cambridge Park... LOL!

Ahhh no... I meant JB said it would take a week for them to get it in, and they would have to order it from Sony, then I can pick it up from JB next week... but the way I'm getting it is through my other friend who works for Sony Entertainment, so he is getting it at a Sony staff discount price, and he will order it for me and have it delivered to my house, from Sony

Haha... well when she goes over to her grandmother's, who has a TV there, she isn't interested in it anymore, so she might be over it... plus, the new unit we got is higher, so she won't be able to turn the TV on or anything... plus, she is getting older now, so we can just say No to her and she'd listen better than she did 6 months ago... lol
