So my fuel pump didn't prime again and the fuel pump relay gets red hot after I do run it for a while (will start if I hold ignition a couple times).
Good guy Subaru mechanic had a spare relay and fuel pump I can try out. Apparently the fuel pump is out of an STi. Now I just need to find some spare time to swap it all over.

Hi everybody
I thought I'd just throw in a quick 'status update' for those of you who care 
Had a shit trot of late with all my tools of trade stolen from my work ute plus a few expensive mechanical dramas with said ute.
So I have been a little 'behind the 8ball' for a while hence me having my head in the sand for the past couple of months (honest, I still love you all)
Things have finally turned a positive corner, (although I will be unable to afford the cost/time off of my planned road trip in September) so you all have to put up with a bit more of me again.
So how is everyone? What's new?
