That is over 7 hours sleep! You should be feeling aight! Maybe you had shit quality sleep, did you wake up at all through the night?
I do wake up because dog gets up. But I fell asleep pretty fast because I had earplugs in. So I dunno. Need a better pillow/mattress i think!

Yeah broken sleep cycles are evil for making you feel tired...... (no shit).
Apparently a sleep cycle lasts for 90 minutes and is made up of 5 stages (according to Melbourne Sleep Clinic) , when one cycle finishes it starts over and does so about 5 times a night or more , the first 10-15 mins is like transition into sleep, then you move into the light sleep where shit starts to slow down like your heart rate and what not, stage 3 is just transition into stage 4 which is deep sleep where your body goes into repair mode and starts fixing physical shit, so if you miss this stage you are less likely to feel good the next day, also if you are woken during this stage it is where you are most likely to feel groggy and horrible when you wake.
You usually then fall back to stage 2 sleep > 3 > REM (skips stage 4 before heading to stage 5 when moving to REM) which is stage 5 where your mind refreshes and you do most of your dreaming and shit.
Nik and AMS willHaha.
I don't get that long one though

Big day: 1st March 2014.Yeah Alex I'm sure you're on the money!
How the fak do I know what pillow is roit?
How's wedding planning going? When's the big day?
Planning going well so far. Organising cars this week. New 300C limo, and a couple AMG verts we're looking at. Thinking about sneaking in an off tap rotary for some sneaky bushfire shenanigans.
How to know what pillow is roit: go to ikea. Shit you not, roadtest their pillows. Then go to another shop to buy cheaper. For me it's a medium to firm down/feather, which ikea sell for like $200 each, but managed to snag a pair from Costco of all places for $120 a pair! They say you should replace your pillows every two years.
Jewjokes aside, you should try not to skimp out on quality bedding. It's an investment into your own good health... Which will have a massive impact/repercussions later in life. Chronic tiredness can lead to all sorts of physical and mental health issues further along, which in turn has a butterfly effect on social, work and personal aspects of life, but can be addressed so easily early on.
Hahahaha forking....... Nik in monkey form.http://youtu.be/pSm7BcQHWXkMorning Alex!

Shitty pillow/mattress is already having impacts id say! Sore neck and shoulders and headaches from that are pretty regular!
March 14 is aaaages away! So much planning! I'm so bad at planning shit, I'd probably try organising it a week before!

Neck/back pain with headaches I'd guarantee it'll be the pillows to start with.
Until I moved back home to mum's, I was sleeping at mine in my new bed and pillows, and slept like I was in a coma, awakening fresh as daisies the following day.
But at mum's, I had my old bed, which the mattress was about 15 years old at least. Pillows weren't great either, and I would get a rotten sleep, awake frequently in the night, and was frequently in a bad mood.
When I moved back home, I quickly set up my new bed and pillows, and stored the old stuff (should turf it).

Best present you can give yourself is an awesome sleep.Excellent Advice Alex, I have relatively new pillows (maybe not quiet 2 years) but you pretty much almost convinced me to check out some new ones!
Pootie tang would be second.
