Nah he drives down there everyday... its not that bad I guess... but would be almost an hour I'm guessing...

 

He starts work early too he said, so he has to go to bed earlier...

So busy at work last night. 3 separate brews ( 200hL pale, 100 hL pale, 100hL IPA). Doesn't make much difference in the brew house, but it means resetting lines each brew, 3 different yeast sources, 3 brews to "wrap" once in the tank. So much more work. Plus taking photos of the IPA since it was our first.

Sig worthy.

This one is only going to go out across the bar at the Great hall in Freo. 150 hrs in tank, plus dry hopping/filtering time. So should be ready in a couple of weeks.

Such a good session beer. I was lucky enough to do a weeks work (for uni) at Stone and Wood. Fresh Pacific Ale is truly amazing drinking.
