Your thread reminded me I had that pic, I was meaning to post it but forgot.
I'm a little annoyed with the owner of that tow car. The bloke has a history of doing half arsed shit but he always gets away with it. If that was my car, I would either have been pulled over and fined or it would have failed causing a major 'event'.

Further, in tests of over 500 dogs, the American Pit Bull Terrier ranked as the second safest breed in the test.[9]

It all good because the bolt goes all the way through and is also welded.

Just need to play with coilovers a bit and level things out.
