Also, take into consideration if you buy the place as investment, and you get rent from it, at the time of the application, I can use the rent as income which means you can borrow a shittonne more.

What I am trying to say is that if you tell me you're buying it as investment, I can use the rental income on top of your income, thus increasing your borrowing power.
What you do with your property once its settled is your own business.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

This is true,, but as investment, you wouldn't get the first home buyer's grant... unless you lived in the property for 6months in the first 12 months...

I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

Dad wants to go up to the nursing home this afternoon because we need to remove all of nans belongings....I think I may actually crack.
It's good to let it all out, man. Grieve properly now otherwise it will affect you later...
Damn banks, if I follow these "how much can I burrow" calculators for a home loan, it would seem I can only get a max of $150k loan
I think I need a better paying job, or a girlfriend that gets paid well.
Might look into it closer to mid year, both options.
2nd income earner certainly helps. Could not have bought a house on my own!
Girls are forking useless with spending money.
Psshhhh.
Trade her in.
Mine is actually really good at money management. Barely spends anything unnecessary

Yeah neither was Megan's from her home business... and she was preg at the time we got the loan, so they knew baby was on the way, so extra dependent... Still was approved for a little over $100k than the cost of the new house... but that is because of sizeable deposit from sale of first investment property that because our first house... so didn't have to pay capital gains tax on it's sale...

So it may be better to opt to buy as an investment to start with, similar to what Morgan is doing? ( I think that's what he's doing)
Yep. It's a sweet deal.
My home loan is $40 a week
