Finally a note worthy update.

 

Been saving for coilovers for a while.

Cam, Mark and Geoff were kind enough to chip in the remaining needed of what i had saved as an early birthday present  absolute legends   

Got them through Ben and Scott at Ichiban as i know they can get them quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Got BC v1's as i have no need for the extra racecarness that comes with Br's and have better places to spend the extra $100 or so for BRs

Cam Collected them for me on Saturday when he was down getting his car fixed and dropping off some parts.

Fitted and adjusted them today with no hassles with Cam.

Sits around 120-125mm at any point under the car which is good leeway for when i get a  3" turbo back down the track.

Will be getting a wheel alignment in the next day or so around uni.

Cam took some DSLR snaps when we went for a spin but will grab them off him when hes done with them.

Next big plan will be getting the uni carpark damage fixed along with some other paint love. Probably some little things along the way too 
 

 

Looking forward to giving it a run after a alignment.

How's it ride now compared to before??

Ride is good man imo all depends on what you like i guess. Maybe just a touch bumpier than my springs i had, but so much better handling and turn in so worth every cent. 

Got the preload set on 12 from soft front and 10 from soft rear

Pre-load is the spring. We are using the out of box pre-load.

The damper is set to the numbers above.

Got an alignment this morning all toe tidied up good for a drive now when i get a chance/ rain stops
