AFAIK, red stitching + silver MOMO logo + cruise stalk = 02 STi?

jdm wheels don't have cruise control. the australian ones do have cruise. most you see for sale these days are either from imports or are from JDM clips that come from overseas
pretty sure V7 is plug and play but anything newer is different (someone could confirm that).
imo the gen 2 RX/Heritage momo wheel is the best looking of the all the momo wheels from that period with the subtle embossed black logo instead of the silver badge

My other option is i dont use the cruise control so i wouldnt need the stalk anyway i could just leave it out? Id prefer having it there though in case

Probably. Momos came in a lot of subarus. Theyd charge an arm and a leg though

the JDM wheel your after will have mounts to retro fit your cruise stalk to. you just need to make a hole in the plastic cover to feed it through

Turning right is fine but turning left requires much more tuning for the indicator to click and cancel on the return
I think this has something to do with the clock spring on non airbag cars

I found an adm one with ichiban from an 02 bug sti but the leather handbrake has to go with it, do you guys know if i can fit that to my gen 2 rx and also would the sti pedals from that also straight swap into my rx or not?

Yep. Should all swap over
The only issue I found is the indicator cancel does not work 100 percent

This. You get used to it though
