Hi Everyone,

I've been looking at the Subaru drivers in my area, and sometimes I see interesting set-ups.

I start seeing steel rims mounted - they look like Sunraysia rims from 4bies - but they are 5 hole rims.

I wasn't able to question any of the people I saw driving them, but I was wondering if anyone had any info about where to get the steelies from?

Please keep in mind, I am not looking for workarounds, wheel spacers or PCD converters (whatyacallthem)...

Has anyone got a place online or around the NSW 2093 area where they sell 5x100 steel rims?

Thank you very much.

The Gen3 GX stock steel wheel was I'm pretty sure 16x6.5" and ran a 205 tyre on it. They had holes around the rim similar to a sunny rim. I've seen them also, but they aren't a common wheel, most people take them off to put on alloy wheels.

Put a few queries out in the subaru facebook groups, chances are someone will have a set kicking around...

Cheers,
Ben

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. To be stripped and scrapped in time.

To clarify, I am not looking for the stock steelies;

I'm looking for some steel rims - alternative to the stock alloy wheels.

But they don't seem to be readily available in the shops...

So I am looking for a place that sells steelies in 5x100 bolt pattern.

I searched online, I got nothing.

Dynamic rims or Kings (I think) rims could be the go. Back in the day there were desert rat rims and speedy rims that all did an aftermarket Sunraysia eight spoke star style rim.

The dynamic rims are not the Sunraysia style rims with the star pattern, but they seem pretty popular on many offroad Subarus these days.

I hope this helps with the hunt.

Cheers
