But it's starting to look good

Started work on my BFM cluster harness, the meter I purchased came with plugs but the wires are pretty short so I got a harness from a wreckers and I'm gonna extend the wires out. So the wires are still the correct colours.

Few pics of my soldered joints.
And half of the 30pin plug extended

Hopefully finish it off tonight.

Silicon hoses arrived too

Heat shrink is a must but being an industrial sparkie I'd rather twist and solder than crimp small wires. I trust my solder joints.
hey industrial sparkie!... head on over to http://www.subyclub....on-on-car-lift/ and throw in your two bits.

Just need to get a lens for the climate control. So I can swap all of them to white and BFM, so keen.

Really changes the feel of the car. Happy with the turn out

I don't give advice to the general public on how to do electrical work. Any electrical work should be carried out by a licensed electrician. That's my two bits.

Nice work Mr Donaldson.
What LED's did you use for the rear cargo area and dome light? Mine don't seem to put out enough white light as I would like.
Yours is perfect.

Dome lights (Is that the map lights?) im using some LED's I found on eBay: https://www.ebay.com...tm/121585533721Nice work Mr Donaldson.

Those festoons for the map, main door light, and puddle lights.
And this T10 for the rear cargo area: https://www.ebay.com...tm/140619520973
The rest I sure twist lock LED's in their respective size t3,t4 with a globe defuser on the end.
Hope everything alright with the cat attack.

I used similar for the map lights -- enough to blind a black cat in a coal mine with welders goggles on

Cluster out.

So ugly HAHHAA

New harness in.

New cluster in!!! Moment of truth for LED polarity haha

Also picture of BFM dimmed with headlights on. May or may not remove this to keep it full brightness all the time, or get a rev d/e stalk to dim. What brightness does everyone run on their bfms?. Undecided as of yet.
I'm pulling the intercooler off at the moment to fit my samco silicon hoses and hopefully fix these boost leaks.
Cheers, Pat
