RSK-01?

Neg. Doesn't conform to the 'standard' formatting.

Just checked custom formatting and also gone.

Looks like you two blokes have to change plates to match mine then :-P

00 RSK is available..... 00' is technically the build date :D

Hang on. If it was an 01, yours would be a facelift? What's it say under your oil cap (date stamp)?

Build plate says BE5C. Can't be sure on the build date but I think it was 4/01.

I like the facelift headlights but prefer the preface bumper.

Think I figured out the stupid flickering with the dash LEDs. Have you converted your BFM to LED?

Sorry Pat. Don't mean to gasbag in your thread. Oh and dude that is tidy work on changing those gaskets in the driveway!

Yeah mate, from around the coil packs and around some of the rocker cover, but mainly looked to be from the coil packs.

Wow I have the same thing going on now.... Do you mind sharing the link for the gasket(s). Thanks

Don't have them at the moment, you can find them online using your VIN or model number using partsouq, Amayama or jpcarparts. Plus could be slightly different from rev a-c/d

Pat how do you find anything on partsouq with your GTB? Does your VIN work on it?

My JDM Vin doesn't work on PartsOuq. I use JPCarParts to find parts for my car and then copy and paste the part number to PartsOuq to order.

So I spoil myself yesterday, new tyres for the GTB
Bridgestone have a deal on at the moment. Got new RE003's in 17" - 4 for the price of 3. And also got an alignment included. Costed me about $550 for the lot.

fbefefeaac2b1c387940efec8ff9cbcd.jpg hard to see but the indicator bumps on the old tyres were almost flush with the actual tyre

dd274bd1f20379d2881e5fe176b8328d.jpg new tyres on the car

Love that new tyre feel! :)

I don't really understand wheel alignments too much, but the data sheet says the front left wheel was 5mm out of alignment. Which explains why the car handled funny when driving on the motorway

Feels smooth as now! :) also feels a lot safer with all this shitty rain.

Installed my footwell lighting kit the other day and changed the green lights to some nice white ones

Looks awesome in real life, pictures don't do footwell lighting justice IMO haha 7f4e18bac9ed466c0cef8d6cfd698585.jpg

Ignition ring is getting white LED this afternoon, I was meant to do it on my lunch break at work but I left the LED's at home haha

Next on my list:
- Interior lights (HVAC, and switches to white
- BFM going in soon, just trying to find some of the lights it's missing.
- wash
- silicon hoses should be coming soon
- new intake duct for Christmas
- trying to find factory floor mats.
- sound system soon
- rear bumper protector
- new steerin wheel of I find one in good nick, mines forked, feels shit to hold.

It never ends tbh but I think it's come a far way from when I bought it all fixed up haha

Indeed its come a very long way for the better from when you first purchased.

Yahoo Auctions have cheap, very tidy steering wheels and also mat sets that come up regularly.

I didn't think you could import steering wheels from Japan? This is a game changer

Haha nice.

You can't EMS them with airbag attached but you can container freight them. I've bought in about 4 complete steering wheels via container.

I've purchased ones that are 99.9% perfect for sub $200 landed.

Changing that keyhole LED makes it feel so premium!

Man, I swear the steering wheels in these things are a disposable/service item. The one I put on the GTB has lasted about a year and a bit and now starting to wear a bit.

See if you can get yourself some alloy OEM foot pedals too! They usually sell on Yahoo Auctions as a set.

Legit every one I've seen is broken,

Also cut out all the green lens on my dash switches, gonna order new lights for matching white LED goodies. Couldn't have done it without your help, Jim. So much good knowledge on these forums.

Do you regularly treat the leather? That was a pretty clean wheel when I sent it.

AFAIK my wheel is original, I've never changed it, bought car at 112k now at 168k and steering wheel has no wear marks. Regularly treated.
