Who says you need a GD setup to do cruise control in a converted gen 2 Gen 1 EJ22 bracket upside down with a flat piece of steel welded on top bolted to the IACV crossover bracket. Winner. Will be made bleck when its not 12c and raining

Find any pic of my engine bay from when I started the conversion and itll look the same haha. Nothing really to see
Who said I was talking about the engine bay? More subi pics please!
Love the look of your genII - very well balanced and the gold rims break up the white quite nicely.
And cruise - seriously, how can you live without it? I love mine and have retro fitted a kit to several subi's of ours now

Cheers

If you can't weld good weld lots. Chook poo it if you have to
Anyway, torqued to spec is just the manuals way of saying 'we couldn't get it any tighter, see if you can'.

Exactly. Weld it on, grind it back. Nail it on, cut it off flush.

VF23 installed and replaced the ebay inlet with wobs old AVO sweg one. Was harder getting the only one out than getting the new inlet in, just had to squeeze it over the coolant line. Cant imagine how youd get it in without the mods arleady done. Any way heres pics
No difference really. The clear boost gauge plumbing is the next thing to go

Any noticeable difference in performance you were after - earlier/later boost in the rev range?
Cheers

Boost comes on later but harder has expected. Once I get the exhaust on and the right restrictor pill it should be sweet
