What's your calorie goal Shaz? About 3000/day?

 

When I was packing on muscle I ate normal breakfast and then a shake (40g) and then I ate a can of tuna (30g) at morning tea with some crackers, a cooked lunch cos Navy, (50g)  and then a banana and some noodles at arvos, then workout after work and another shake (40g), dinner (50g) and then a casein shake at bed (40g) and cottage cheese. Oh an fork load of banana bread, like 100-150g twice a day, that's about 800 calories.

 

I packed on a lot of muscle, about 8kg more than I have now. It's rough though, you have to take a lot of shakes or just eat eggs and chicken a fuckload.

 

 

I much prefer my current regime, I dropped my muscle weight and focused on running and core. I can still lift the same amount of weight despite the lesser size so makes you wonder what all that hypertrophy is about.

I forking hate insurance companies. Had my rolling toolbox damaged (all 4 wheels bent mountings) and despite having a quote from the same place I bought it from they keep sending bullcrap replacement figures. Getting sick of it. Normally I'm so placid when it comes to this sort of stuff, but this is just getting beyond a joke.

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.

MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

Yeah, about 2200 a day. 220g of protein. 

 

Wholemeal oats with protein powder and bananas on top @ 7

Tuna and Quinoa @ 10,

Chicken Breast and Egg on multigrain @ 12

Salmon / Cottage Cheese @ 3

Chicken, Brocolli, Sweet tato @ 5

Gym from 6-8

Protein shake at 8

Cottage cheese / peanut butter @ 10.  

 

I add some fruit, and almonds in between meals as well, and I've included another protein shake around 9am now, but even still, that only adds up to about 150g of protein, which is well short of where I need to be. It will do for now though. 


 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Yeah sounds about right Shaz, but you have your protein target taking up 40% of your calories, it only needs to be 30-35%, your current protein is about 29%.


I wouldn't over think it though, eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine.

Boss told me yesterday we can get a dog at work as well.

 

Shit is actually insanely sweet at work at the moment, mad things in the pipeline.
