I've been following the TT lean/boost issue/surging thread.

I've always liked the idea of the sequential TT system and how Subaru were brave (or stupid if you own a single) enough to have a go with it, despite the complexities.
Now days a simple variable vane single, with a control module driving it, can achieve basically the same thing with no lag and no VOD. How boring....

Agree with you there Jase.
The system is very rewarding and enjoyable when it's operating at its full unmolested state. I'm actually enjoying mine stock as a rock more than my old uber modified Gen2 GTB. Maybe it's just part of getting older and enjoying things for what they are.
It pains me when people modify these things without an ounce of knowledge. Part of the reason why I compiled the Your Guide To Twin Turbo. It seems to have the TT community buzzing with life and confidence again. More and more were seeing new members join and asking about the thread, even from the other side of the world.
I think we're really lucky to have the brains trust we have here.
