You'll need a micro sim, most places can cut a normal sim to micro though.

I walked into an optus shop and said "i need a microsim" and within 5 mins they had deactivated my old big sim and reprogrammed me a micro sim, same number and all. Just make sure if you have any contacts saved onto the sim (instead of onto the phone) that you copy them off.

Don't cock about with getting the old one cut.

Cutting a sim and reburning a sim (moving service across to a micro sim) both work equally as well. Do it all the time at work.

Cutting works instantly, reburning takes 5 mins at a store or a quick call to the provider if you already have a blank micro sim in hand.

Samsung is just too big for me. Is the HTC the same size? If so I'll keep looking for something else. I've used a few S3's now and it's just stupid for what I actually need it for.
