When i swap to a 2.5.. i'm just going to wind the boost up and see when it goes boom...
its the only way i will ever be forced to change it over again haha.

@ 25 psi ej25 bore will split. I saw this on an sti, it put out 300Kw @ wheels before it died, time for sleeves.

no no, ej20 will be boosted sky high then ill swap the 25 in haha
That actally looks ok..
Although i dont think he has enough gauges haha.

It looks good because he has improved the gen 2 by fitting gen 3 parts to it.

Also I dont think the cluster being bound to the ECU is an issue. The US guys dont some to have any issues with it. From memory ive read that the JDM cars dont have any extra security features like we do

Had a crack at installing my new struts. Wasnt able to crack the bolts on the top hats :\.
Trying again tomorrow with electric impact wrench otherwise will wait till the workshop day for some air tools

Ive got some V5 STi struts but the rears need my stock top hats. So got stuck on those pesky top hat nuts

Only had time to get the rear struts in today. Definitely need to get my self a cordless impact wrench

Low does suit it. They're nice and stiff too.More low suits the car.

I'd recommend making a trip to Bunnings and buying the Ryobi impact wrench (and battery).
Best tool I own.
