When i swap to a 2.5.. i'm just going to wind the boost up and see when it goes boom...
its the only way i will ever be forced to change it over again haha.

 

Link us to this Cluster info you spoke of last night! i want a read!

 @ 25 psi ej25 bore will split. I saw this on an sti, it put out 300Kw @ wheels before it died, time for sleeves.

Although i dont think he has enough gauges haha.

That actally looks ok..
Although i dont think he has enough gauges haha.

 

It looks good because he has improved the gen 2 by fitting gen 3 parts to it.

We'd better be around when this happens

Also I dont think the cluster being bound to the ECU is an issue. The US guys dont some to have any issues with it. From memory ive read that the JDM cars dont have any extra security features like we do

Had a crack at installing my new struts. Wasnt able to crack the bolts on the top hats :\.

 

Trying again tomorrow with electric impact wrench otherwise will wait till the workshop day for some air tools

Good work!

 

I'd recommend making a trip to Bunnings and buying the Ryobi impact wrench (and battery).

 

Best tool I own.
