im not allowed to skip lunch. because i need weight gains. no losing weight here!

Wish I had that problem... LOL!

I'd love to be thin... or just thinner... I know skipping meals isn't the way to go though... might grab something healthy but man... I have to lose about 5kg to be my ideal weight... and I have to start working out too.. but not much time to spare... :(

Any suggestions for cheapo-personalised plates ($99/year ones)

I just ate tuna. On a sandwich!

That's pretty much what I eat everyday for lunch at uni, can't go wrong since it works out like 50c/sandwich!

Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

What the :fork: else is Tony Abbott meant to say?

Also, :fork: them for calling it racism, Muslim isn't a race - so anyone that says it's racist holds no water to me.

Understand that (And that annoys me also), but it shits me that people would take such offence to him swearing on a koran, this is not a Christian country, we may have a Christian majority in the country but our government is not like that in the US, Religion has ZERO place in running a country and should be discouraged from being ever mentioned when talking Politics (unless it is something that needs to deal with a religious issue).

Weight gain hey? Good stuff.. taking protein? Should help

I used to gym like crazy back in my uni days... I think I was about 75kg, mostly muscle... then got married, full time work, not much time for anything else, so lost muscle and now I'm low 70s with almost no muscle...

But I can get pretty big arms quite easily... just a week of working my arms out and they are good again, chest too... but no abs... :(

It does work man... for sure... dude at work is on it too... does make a diff... but he doesn't work out, which you need to do too... heavy weights, low reps, tear those muscles...

Ahhh back in the day... I used to bench 110kg... best I could do... now I can barely do 60kg without a spotter... :(
