Update and photo dump.

- P's acquired.

- New boot purchased and installed.

I've just been enjoying driving the car lately, not much has changed apart from the above.

Looks mad, saw your photoshop on last page, I wouldn't touch the wheels, I think the silver works well with the grey.

You should Plasti-Dip your entire car though... WRC Blue.

Thanks, the wheels will probably stay the same they've grown on me.
I've been looking at evolved body coating (EBC) in matte gunmetal but will look into blue

I was joking, but EBC looks the goods, and cheap as well. You'd be amazed at what a new colour/paint job will do to it, and for approx $400 it's a pretty good mod.

I was finally able to replace the crappy stock steering wheels today with a momo from a RS. All it needs is a proper clean and maybe a treatment?

Not much else has happened to the car, just a few annoying noises that are starting to bug me. The major one is a kind of whirring noise somewhere around the front of the car that starts get really loud around 30km/hr but only happens while I accelerate and disappears as soon as I stop accelerating or shift into neutral. Any ideas on what may cause this? I've researched this a fair bit but haven't found an actual fix.

Looking tidy mate, good work. Am wondering do you still have the stock headunit? I'm after a prefacelift 1.5din with the 3.5mm input.

I have it but ripped out the aerial cable accidently and it's quite grubby from the last owner.

Another small update, I've noticed a wet green puddle under the car each time I move it at school and started to get slightly worse so I bought a new radiator hoping it would arrive before the ichiban meet.

This was the coolant under the car, it's been sitting for 3 days without starting and still leaked most of the coolant out.

Definitely time for replacing

I was lucky enough to find some strut covers at the wreckers when picking up a few extras for the car.

I reckon the covers make an engine bay. It keeps everything nice, neat and tidy.

What do you want for it? Not fussed about the aerial as I don't listen to the radio anyway.
