Big weekend and holy fork am i tired. Put the GX front door speakers and door cards in yesterday so i dont have to use a site radio for music.

Today I pulled my BCs from the GX and put them in the RX. Gave them a clean while they were out. Theyre not cruisn spec but you can at least tell theyre gold now and not black. Rear end is proper sweggy now. Also raised the rear 15mm so the BBS will stop scrubbing hopefully. Collars werent seized this time so was a piece of pie

While I had the front in the air i put new header gaskets in and put a set of UEL turbot headers on for moar rumble. Thanks to reevsey for those. The alignment is forked cos i didnt bother to even try putting things back right so thats the first task for tomorrow.

I found something worrying in the rear of the GX though, the rear swaybar bolt is completely gone and the bushing collar was half ripped out and was holding it on. Guess the 22mm swaybar was too hektik

Theyre not CRUISN spec but they should look good. Have white logos to go onto them as well.

Cheers. Tomorrow im painting my limited bar and hopefully getting the braques on. Bar is getting a rattle can job but ill be doing it as properly as i can then giving it a polish when its had some cure time. Guards are getting rolled next weekend hopefully so the BBS will go on. Going to attempt to swap the interiors over on Sunday if things to well tomorrow

Car was aligned yesterday as well. Had some mad toe out, something like 20mm total and some +ve camber to boot. Now has 0 toe all around and -1.5~ all around for some cornering and BBS fitment

Haha id hate to think where my alignment is atm lol....after swapping everything i think its gonna be a bit all over the place!

Cant wait to see all this progress at hvc! God i hope i can drive the rs there lol

240. Got the majority of the lumps out of it. Didn't bother with a few cuts and scrapes along the bottom. Just want it white for now. After a 800 sand post primer it was silly smooth

Clear is on. Will let it dry over night and put it on the car tomorrow. Should look good after a polish. I think the base coat is a bit thin on the drivers side as it looks a bit funny in the right light but im happy with it for a home job

Also gave the limited mesh a coat of satin black
