Post hunter update time. The car ran well for the most part. My O2 issue is still there but thankfully the ECU was smart enough to get a decent mixture while cruising so still managed 500km per tank doing 110-115 with over taking. Got a chance to plug an SSM into it and showed 0v to the O2 so its a wiring issue not a sensor issue, so time to stop throwing parts at it. Also discovered the alternator is on its way out and is only giving 12.8. Enough to make the car stay charged but once you start adding load it isnt happy. Other than that she ran like a dream. The 2.5 was much nicer on the twisties and the suspension bits meant i could keep up with the turbos in the corners . Didnt even look like it ever wanted to over heat so i must have done an ok job on the HGs. Time for pics
Also managed to sneak into Shazs video a few times so that was awesome. Keen as mustard for next year already

Also chris managed to get this photo on the way home. Definately wasnt after we got bored and started doing 60-110 pulls against each other...

Dont think it was the magazine, probably just an article on the site. Awesome none the less

It blends in well and looks right at home in that line up, turbo or not!
So I'm guessing with the o2 wiring issue it's time to get that turbo conversion sorted??

Traded Ty an RX momo and an hour of my time for his spare set of clear side indicators. Swapped them over in the car park cos its piss easy

Small things to overcome
By the time you get the conversion sorted you'll be off your P's so I don't know what you're worried about there! I'm sure you could pick up all the bits for the turbo conversion in the mean time, or at least save your tits off for it
Or drop an SC14 off the side of it?? Been done to an EJ 22 in an MY (brumby style subaru) before so you'll have loads of room!

Saving is the current plan. Also I think were going to need to see pics of this EJ22 MY with a super charger hanging off it because that sounds awesome

Have you put any more thought into squeezing some more power out of the engine. Like strapping on one of those intake fans

whats your plans for the conversion v3 or gd sti?
V3 era. GD is more expensive, more complicated wiring wise so out of reach of the DIY loom. 207 would be nice but anythings better than a 25D
As for cruise and ECU tuning, Ty managed to hack his back together and ECU labs can make the ECU tunable for bigger skids
