MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.
MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

I was think that as I hit the post button.
Sorry to old and lazy to edit my post.

Go back to 225/45/17 so when we cruise a few people will have spares for you to use.
Ps. Ben(allpaw) has the 225 aswell.

Easily the best word to describe making something fit haha

And I'm 99% sure that Subaru space savers are a smaller diametre than the stock tyre size as it should only be used to drive to the nearest tyre place.
Or run without a spare and take out total care - get towed to a tyre joint when you get a flat. Not a RWC issue to do this either as you're not going to drive the car on a flat.
Other thing - is this Gucci toolbox thing really that worth it to drop the full size spare? Why not false floor the boot a little to fit your tools under there? If you do it right only those that know subi's inside out would know it's not sitting as it should from factory.
Cheers
Bennie

Awww yisssss boost is enroute. Started stripping the wagon today. Not a whole lot done but should give me a good head start next week. Diff is out and degreased, tail shaft is out, catback is out, bell housing bolts undone and the clutch fork is released.. Just the shifter and cross members and the gearbag is out
Had a hell of time getting the clutch fork rod cover out. Had to get serious on that mofo but got it in the end
Diff was a bit of a pain cos gen 3 rear end is weird but got it out eventually and cleaned it up to find the codes etc. Wob sent me a chart that says its a 4.44 Vicious. Skids ahoy
The shafts that are in it are to suit gen 3 hubs where the ABS tone ring is on the shaft as opposed to the hub. Im hoping to reuse my RX rear CVs instead. Anyone able to confirm theyll work?
Other than that the real fun begins next saturday. Stay tuned cubts

It looks like CF on the diff, same as my 4.4 lsd.
Wob is correct again.

Ditto! I ended up hooking a ratchet strap around the allen key and ratcheting it against the door frame of my shed.
F'ing things are well baked in there.
