Against all odds the 20K hasnt spun a bearing nor has the car been stolen again lel

Time for an update aye.

Car did things perfectly fine on the way to HVC and back. Only issue was my own fail in forgetting to replace the cable tie i had to hold the alternator wire on with a nut in my excitement. Which OMR pointed out melted and made the stud glow red hot 150km out of melbourne lel. Found a nut floating around my car of all places lol. I picked up adams old alternator and PS pump from his part out as some insurance cos im sure a glowing hot stud wasnt good for the alternator and the PS pump i got off Ty only sort of worked.

Also got adams TT aids cover

Car stayed intact for a few weeks, then i got sick of seeing the bong hose in my engine bay. Ive been wanting to try afterpay for a while and CMA sell grimmspeed goodies and have afterpay. So got a Grimmspeed AOS to replace the catch can, which in its defense did catch a bit of oil and gunk. Just looked shit.

Dont have many pics of the AOS but it looks a shite load nicer. Still working on the line routing.

Picked up a braided HEL clutch line from Benny. Hopefully it works as ive heard a few reports of the fitting not being long enough and leaking.

Heres when things get gud. A bloke in Mexico was parting out a gen 2 with the full AM Auto works. Twist mount, fmic and all sorts of goodies. Seeing as ive already got wobs old FMIC piping and a twist mount for a gen 2 doesnt come up very often I thought id jump at the opportunity. Joss and I got our heads together (and wallets) and decided to buy the whole car from the kid to secure our bits and part the rest ourselves. Bulk goodies acquried

Was going to get an ESL ecu with tax money but couldnt pass up on the car and I built a new PC lel. So proceeds from selling parts will fund that. Once i get the ECU sorted will install the twist mount and go mafless as I dont like in guard maf intakes. Let alone on a stock ECU. 

Thinking I might do a top feed conversion too with some STi pink injectors or ID1000s if i can find some cheap enough.
