Yep as soon as I get the other coilover in the other rear side it will sit even lower… Then I will need to go a 225 or 215 wide tyre to stretch it under the guards hahaha.
And take a bit more off the rear bump stops, and delift it!!! I really need to delift this thing. I reckon that will be the next thing I do.

Tomorrow I will be doing the other rims in the gunmetal grey, and then taking all the excess Sikaflex off the car that I Posted Image'ed up and didnt tape up… :/

Then a clean and hopefully it will all be schmick by the weekend.

Will be paying close attention to the engine bay too. I want to get it nice and clean.

Cheers guys!

Hahahaha and yeah the plates… Gets A LOT of attention. Especially with the straight pipe on it haha.

I'm running 225/40's so that's probably why.

Have fun!

Yep mine are scrubbing a fair bit, will have to wind the coilovers to the hardest setting for the time being.

Tomorrow I am going to do something a bit different and see how the tyres look with white writing on them…. Havent really seen much of it, but I was thinking of whitewalls or something like that… Can always scrub the white writing off if it looks shit. Pics for sure tomorrow night!

And once the rims are all painted and the car is clean, I will be looking at doing all the brake calipers in a different colour… Maybe Project Mu blue/green/aqua with the same or white wheel studs.

Then a nice coloured pinstripe up the side… Ahhhh ideas…

Some more upgrades happening. I just cant help myself. :/

Going to be looking to push more power out of the EJ257 and Cam had his STI top mount and some silicone hoses available so I snatched them up quickly.
Next up I bought some unequal length headers (this time with an up pipe) for extremely cheap of eBay.

Keep losing a wheel nut, so I only have 19 in both sets i own, so I bought a set of black wheel nuts.

Xforce rear muffler... $50 ;)

A mate who recently signed up here had a set of weathershields in which I quickly showed interest and persuaded him to sell them to me for $50. Installed them and although one was quite cracked, i taped it up with black tape and looks decent.

I also bought a new set of headlights from Jake on here. They look mint and really freshen up the front end, compared to how it was before...
To go with them a set of Philips +100 H7 globes (staying away from HIDs as I keep breaking ballasts), a set of +100 H1 globes for the high beams and a set of 100W Phillips +100 H3 globes for the driving lights, which I am going to wire in properly to suit the higher wattage with a spot light kit.

Bought a Short Ram intake which I will be putting on only when I get a tune. And also a Momo Steering wheel for $100!

Yesterday a mate and I took the whole day installing Dynamat into all 4 doors. All I can say is that this is probably one of the best mods I have done to the car so far...(other than turbocharging it hahaha). Makes the sound quality incredibly better, and also takes road noise away.

Installed a new 600CCA battery with some awesome new terminals, a 4 gauge wiring kit and another battery adapter to split the two amps I am running, along with some Fli Audio rear component speakers(which I sat the tweeters at the top of the doors, just behind the drivers and passenger heads, sound clarity is awesome!) and lastly, put in a new Option audio 1300w Subwoofer and 400w 2 Way Amplifier, which I just have to tune all of it properly and all will be sweet!

Lastly, I have had to give up my [LOWWWW] number plates... At the moment, as rego is due tomorrow and I didnt want to pay the annual fee again for the [LOWWWW] number plates, I took them into the RMS and got some yellow standard ones until the new ones arrive... :( devastating.

New ones are [03.SUBY] In black on white.
Should be good!

So next up I will be looking at some bigger injectors, and most importantly a bigger turbo! MSR tune to come I am thinking.

Pics to come when I can get on photobucket.

Very nice! Shame about the plates though.

I have that same muffler on my car at the moment, it is very loud with a 3" straight pipe to it.
