I don't think I know of him. And I don't think I've ever heard of StopTech. They are comparable sort of. Hawk Performance Ceramics posted from the US for $234.15 (US$247.10), and I can get someone else a pair as well for the same shipping price compared to the ones from StopTech for $262.00 including postage.

If anyone else is keen on Hawk Performance Ceramics then I am more then happy to go for that...

You can fit 5 pad sets in a box from the US for the same shipping cost.

Get word out and get others in on it.

Thats what i do when I need pads and it brings the cost right down.

Geez, I'm onto it then. I'll ask the bloke to confirm but if that's the case then I'm gonna get as many people as I can in on it too. It'll be worthwhile. I've already made a post on the GT.

Do you need pads? Ha ha.

I'll be posting up a group buy with this guy on eBay soon CRUISN. I will let you know once it's up.

I am also coming very close to getting a few of the STi bits and pieces I am looking for in my first post. Can't wait! Just waiting on the bloke to send me a quote on all the stuff he has available.

Nothing too drastic, but it will certainly get a few of the smaller things ticked off my list. ;)

Can anyone help me out with the questions I've asked on the following post in this topic please?

Gaz, Xforce systems work just fine. They are good quality and they have been in the game for years.

I would get the mild steel system personally. I prefer the sound and yes, It won't last forever like stainless will. But, Who has a car forever?

That $200 is money you could be spending on getting tune or fixing your list of things to fix or do ;)

Agreed. And If you drive long enough distance for everything to get nice and hot. I think the rust will be almost non existant :)

I only got mild steel. Just keep an eye on it over time and if a little rust spot comes up get some kill rust on there and you'll be right.

B-E-A-utiful. That's the one I was hoping to go for. Thanks for confirming it and making me lock it in guys. It'll last long enough to be honest. I sure as hell am not planning to keep the car forever. I like you're thinking Cam. Get more things done for the same amount of expenditure.

Now onto this resonectomy. How would I go about it? What's involved? Easy to do?

I've tried doing searches and have only found topics of people wanting to get it done or saying they've managed to get it done, but not a how to get it done. I found something about it on a Google search from OzFoz, but I don't wanna make a new account there to check it out.

That DIY is very informative. It would be worth signing up just to have a look through the DIY

You convinced me. I've signed up and have checked it out. Seems pretty simple.

Are there any disadvantages or negatives AT ALL, however big or small, in removing the resonator? Serious question.

No disadvantages.

It's a useless sound thing I believe.

If that's the case then I'm in. I wouldn't mind a bit of good sound. If it sounds dodgy I'll just reinstall it.

All you need to do is get the airbox out, its just a few bolts. All mine ever did was collect leaves and crap.

My, that is one slick wagon ya got there, Liberty! (Even with the stock look)
I guess the reason they're called Legacy in the US and Liberty in AU is because we have Jeeps over here called Liberty (which don't look nearly as cool) :P

My opinion would be the Hanabi taillights and the darker STi rims ^_^

Anything is possible, go achieve it.
