Mate of mine has an XT Lux and has a bad leak in the sunroof. Drains out into his boot.

Only happens when parked on a backwards slope though. We poured water over the roof and it was pretty bad!

Haha that me your talking about.

I'd say your rear dain holes are blocked. I havnt fixed mine yet. I just park with the front of the car facing down.

Haha it's actually my mate James with the white XT. How would one unblock the rear drain holes? Is there a DIY somewhere?

Gonna be busy busy. It shouldn't take long to take the bumper off, surely?

Does it take long to take the bumper off to replace the foglight globes? I'm keen to know about the above DIY as well.

Perfect. Thanks a lot for that man. Great source it seems. Can anyone give me tips about taking the bumper off? Easy to do? Things to look out for? Or it is just your simple undo so and so bolts/nuts/screws and Bob's your uncle?

From memory you need to remove all the interior lining. The get an air compressor to blow the line out.

Bumper is easy...

Jack up front and put on stands.

Remove 4 push clips from grill, remove grill.

Remove all plastic push clips under the front edge of the car that hold it to the inner liners and the 3 at the front of the car.

Pull inner liner down from bar and peel back from inside the bar arch edge.

Unplug foglights.

Theres a push clip inside the panel where the front guard and bumper meet at the wheel arch, remove this.

Grab the bumper edge at the wheel arch and give a quick pull up and out to release it from the side clips, repeat other side and bumper will come off forward.

You don't need to take the bumper off to get the foglights out.

Here is the strut brace that I bought from CRUISN that I have now installed.

I really want to get an STI one (as with all other parts), but this will suffice in the meantime.

Nice. Did you notice much of a difference Gary? (Your suspension is stock? Yes?)

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Thanks a lot CRUISN. I'll give it a go the second I get a chance.

And how so hoff? I haven't taken a look yet but it only seems logical that the bumper must come off to get full access to the foglights. Very keen to know how you go about it.

I do have stock SpecB suspension and have noticed a difference. Feels more rigid and stiff; possibly more comfortable? I can't explain it. Not like a HUGE upgrade when getting a turbo installed for the first time for example but the ride is a lot nicer.

The black plastic section around the foglight pulls straight out the front. Then There is 2 clips to undo on the splash guard underneath Just fold that back towards the wheel.
Unplug the fog light then there is 2 10mm( i think) bolts that hold the foglight to undo.

Now the light just pulls out through the front of the bumper.

I think Mark may have been thinking of the GT bumper

That simple? Geez. Well thanks for letting me know and thankfully I didn't come around to doing it yet this weekend otherwise I'd be kicking myself. Hopefully I can get the bulbs I want and then go about replacing them, as well as cleaning the yellow foglight.

I remember reading a topic on here about cleaning your headlight, do I use the same products to clean the inside of my foglight or is there a much simpler way that gives the same result? Also, I wanna get 5000K globes. Anyone recommend the best place and/or brand to get? I went past Super Cheap Auto yesterday and the highest I could find was 4300K I think it was, in the brand called NARVA.
