Had a bit of rubbing over dips in the road as well as more camber than Id like on the drivers side rear so set about adjusting the coilovers and camber this afternoon. Its never that easy is it :(, drivers side rear coil has a nicely seized and now a bit mangled lower collar. So camber has stayed at maxed out camber bolt ish which should be around -1.5 and height is the same. Passengers side where most of the rubbing was perfectly fine to adjust and actually I now have even rear height but still rubs a bit. Will probably just match the camber seeing as I cant raise them both for the time being.

Dunno if it's the right idea, but a punch/screwdriver and a hammer could release the collar?

WD40 over night? Had one collar not releasing until I soaked it over night, started moving the next day with a few taps with a mallet. Also you can wrap some tape around the coil itself to keep dust out if that's what's causing it.

I normally soak mine in wd and wipe them down before I adjust them to try and avoid this happening. Sucks man. Give her a good soak. Or you could always try heating it up?

I would use a wheel brush on the threads on mine everytime I adjusted them. Half a turn up, then back down and brush the dirt out of the thread. Never had an issue.

I'm happy with the height but not the scrubbing but that can be remedied with camber as I've done. Did some research and the level of camber shouldn't wear the tyres top badly so might just leave it

You can wash them with a pressure wash as well .

Should have done that a year ago when we went offroading. Ah well worst case scenario its a new shock body and c collar at some stage

Managed to get the :fork: ing collar loose. Some multi grips, power stance and a few good swear words sorted it right out. Can now easily get my hand in the guards so hopefully no more rubbing or at least less.

Wet diff is not a good thing.

Glad you got the camber sorted and -1.5 if fine for tyre wear, I had -4 and that was not the best haha

Upgraded from red sharpie to red LEDs in the halos. Few dark spots that im assuming are from the sharpie but much better overall seeing as the sharpie had faded back to standard orange
