Just e85....no flex sensor and cbf emptying and draining, loading tune etc to run 98...only a 20min drive to the nearest e85 servo with a couple jerry cans

How does your front lip attach to the car? Looks like it has several mounting tabs from what I can see in the above picture.

I'm pretty sure mine does not have those tabs, as it does not mount very well/solid.

Any chance of a closer look at the front lip and mounting points?

Yep theres like 5 bbrackets riveted to the lip and they meet up with the bottom of the br...just gotta drill some holes and put some bolts in

And i assume screws in the ends as theres two holes?

Its back!! And it looks damn fine i must say

Put the newish front guards on to only notice a decent dent and crack up on the bonnet line :(...so ill be rolling the guards this weekend and will give them to the paint shop first thing monday morning

Thats the only thing stopping me from putting the side skirts and front spats on atm

Rear lip is on and will put the rear spats on this weekend, along with the front lip and all the roof trim that was removed

Car is booked in for 20% tints next week and swapping the invidia muffler for the originally planned msr modded gd sti muffler which should shut it up a bit...not that it was too loud...just louder then i want

So its business as usual and ticking bits of the list...but its all the same colour finally and i can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Also ...e85 tune is booked in with southy for the 18th of May...so plenty of time to shake the car down and still heaps before HVC

So an angry RS will be on the cruise!

Just caught up on this Matt.

Internet pat on the back for you!

Need to fiddle with the clevis for pedal free play in a few days....but atm its awesome!!

Often this is the root  cause of bleeding issues.

With out enough free the piston cup doesn't go back far enough to uncover the compensating port in the master. This is the first thing I adjust when when fiddling with clutches.

So an angry RS will be on the cruise!

I might have to HVC.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Thanks for that, Matt.

Think I'll have to re mount mine as I'm not happy with it.

Progress is sounding awesome, I'm looking forward to seeing/hearing it at HVC.

Is Invidia up for sale, or because race car?

Yeah itll probably be up for sale mate...was gonna run both but msr advises highly against that and says the sti one will flow plenty good enough

Why are you interested? Its hangered up for an rs already ;)

Yeah passenger side is cracked and dented on the bonnet leading edge...and a slight crack due to a warp down the door edge

All good im just gonna get the small dents fixed and painted and move on lol

Yep it seemed part of the problem with the new master...old master was simply the wrong bore for the slave on a 6 speed....and it was 24 yeard old lol....still will adjust it some more over the next few weeks as the clutch beds in

Yeah you should come for sure!! Hitch a ride with Mark!
