they will fit over brembos, i fitted brembos and 17x8 +35 wheels last weekend. you will need to get a pump and roll to make the wheels fit due to offset. you will have about 5-8mm poke with a 17/8 +35 and a 225 45 tyre.

Main reason I'm looking at 18s over 17s is the wheel weight is about 1.5mm off the caliper as it spins. Thats a little close.

Meh its not that bad.. i ran them for a year or so with no issues....nearly all stock sti's run them aswell

Damn. Looks like those wheels are out too. Can't be bother altering guards.


Been a change of plans now though. We went to a garage sale this morning and bought a spa instead... So the wheels are on hold...

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. To be stripped and scrapped in time.

Ha ha ha, good trade. My mate has decided that he won't be selling the rims any more. He will instead be putting them on his car. Sorry man.
